Lemon Tarts
Step 1 - For the tart shell, rub butter in dry ingredients, add egg and form a dough
Step 2 - Roll out between parchment paper
Step 3 - Cut with cutter, line the muffin tin and bake
Step 4 - Make curd with all filling ingredients
Step 5 - Strain, cover and chill
Step 6 - Fill the baked, cooled tart shells with lemon curd
Step 7 - Dot with strawberry jam
