Baking course and my new DSLR

Although the title calls it that I first tell the details of the baking course I am conducting these days which I also mentioned in the last post but I can’t wait to babble about my Canon DSLR 1000. I always got into depression seeing absolutely fantastic looking blogs and food photography competitions. I knew I cannot make it through my Sony cyber shot. I know I need to improve my techniques, composition and post processing also. I wanted to buy high-end point and shoot camera but there is almost no difference in price as compared to basic DSLR and results are significanlty better with later. So two days back I finally got it and am all too excited and somewhat overwhelmed, now there can be no excuse, I make good looking things, I have large glass doors for lighting and I have DSLR.

This post is not a recipe post. Little details about conducting baking course primarily for beginners and interestingly all students are teenagers. Its fun to teach baking. I always used to mimick TV program chefs when I started baking (in grade 6 I think) and my mother was the audience (what patience!). I have conducted few classes before but this has turned out to be very interesting and lots of fun. Following are some pictures and flyers I distributed.
