I don’t like to use the word ‘perfect’ but this ooeey goooey yummy brownies directly falls into the ‘perfect’ slot. They are quick to make, uses only one bowl, no sugar-grinding required and unlike many good brownies recipe doesnt require chocolate. The proportion of ingredients and thirty minutes baking time is just accurate to yield the brownies you will absolutely love. I have made it thrice since I have come to Karachi and my family loved it. As an icing on top, either dust with confectioner’s sugar or drizzle some chocolate sauce and top with chopped walnuts. Nothing can go wrong yehhh?? This recipe comes from Betty Crocker cookbook with no changes. Moreover, no baking blog is complete without few recipes of brownies so here is my first one, in-demand brownies.
I know many of this blog visitors are novice bakers so to add information, brownies is not chocolate cake. Cake is spongy, soft and moderate sweet while brownies are sweeter, fudgy and dense.
